care and treatment forms and guardianship and conservatorship forms and includes changes required by case law and enactments of the 2009 Legislature.
The book is published in 8 1/2" x 11" loose-leaf format , has chapter tabs, is contained in a large attractive binder and is printed in a larger font than
the first and second editions.

CD-ROM. The forms contained in Kansas Judicial Probate Forms 3d are offered
on CD-ROM, which includes the text of the probate forms but does not
include the reference, time or comments that are contained in the other
versions of the forms. The forms are provided in Rich Text Format (RTF).
The CD-ROM is intended to avoid the necessity of retyping the forms.
Online Access. Online access by subscription to Kansas
Judicial Probate Forms 3d is offered by the Judicial Council. The
book offered is identical in appearance to the printed version and is
available in PDF format. Online
access to the publication is available without charge to Kansas lawyers
registered as active under S. Ct. Rule 208.
2011 Supplement. The Judicial Council Probate Law Advisory
Committee updates the Kansas Judicial Council Probate Forms 3d
on an annual basis to reflect legislative changes, the latest appellate
court decissions and to add revised or additional materials deemed to
improve the publication. The 2011 Supplement includes statutory changes
made during the 2011 legislative session; Kansas Supreme Court decisions
through Vol. 292, No. 1, and Kansas Court of Appeals decisions through
Vol. 45, No. 3.
The 2011 supplement include style changes to the care and treatment forms
(form numbers 2101 through 2290) and the guardianship and conservatorship
forms (form numbers 2501 through 2768). These forms have been edited for
formatiting consistency and to remove archaic language and legalese. Similar
changes were made to the decedent's estates forms in 2010.
