The Judicial Council Municipal Court Manual Advisory Committee updates the Kansas Municipal Court Manual on an annual basis to reflect legislative changes, the latest appellate court decisions, and to add revised or additional materials deemed to improve the publication. The 2009 Supplement includes statutory changes made during the 2009 legislative session and appellate court decisions through July 2009. Previous supplements have been published yearly since 1987.
