The Comparative Analysis of American Bar Association Standards for Criminal Justice with the Kansas Law, rules and Legal Practice ( Comparative Analysis ) was drafted by the Judicial Council Advisory Committee on the Standards for Criminal Justice. The Comparative Analysis was published in 1972 with the only supplement (called the 1974 supplement) published in 1975.
The Comparative Analysis analyzed Kansas' conformance with the American Bar Association's Standards for Criminal Justice. The publication also served as a general reference work for those interested in criminal law.
The version of the Comparative Analysis that is posted includes the 1974 supplement.
