Function:
The Family Law Advisory Committee monitors the area of family law and
conducts specific studies in that area.
Assignment:
The Committee is drafting simple divorce forms for use by pro se litigants. In addition, the Committee is in the process of revising Protection from Abuse and Protection from Stalking orders so that they may be more readily recognized by law enforcement personnel in Kansas and other states.
