Function & Assignment:
The Committee has completed its study of statutes related to durable
power of attorney for health care decisions and other advance directives and will propose legislation based on the Uniform Health-Care Decisions Act to the 2009 Legislature.
The Committee will also consider the establishment of a state health
care directives registry.
