The Appellate Procedure Advisory Committee studies issues related to appellate procedure and appellate practice and prepares supplements to the Kansas Appellate Practice Handbook 4th.

Assignment:

The Kansas Appellate Practice Handbook 4th was published in April 2007. The Committee will begin meeting in either late 2008 or early 2009 to prepare a supplement to the publication.
