The Appellate Procedure Advisory Committee studies issues related to appellate procedure and appellate practice and participates in preparation of supplements to the Kansas Appellate Practice Handbook 4th.

Assignment:

The Kansas Appellate Practice Handbook 4th was published in April 2007. Supplements to the 4th edition were published in 2009 and 2010.
