Function:

The Administrative Procedure Advisory Committee considers the area of administrative law and monitors the Kansas Administrative Procedure Act and the Kansas Judicial Review Act.

Assignment:

The Committee has completed its study of "exempt" rules and regulations under K.S.A. 77-415(4) and agency guidance documents. See Committee report which contains recommended amendments.
