Function:

The Administrative Procedure Advisory Committee considers the area of administrative law and monitors the Kansas Administrative Procedure Act and the Act for Judicial Review and Civil Enforcement of Agency Actions.

Assignment:

The Committee is conducting a comprehensive review of the Kansas Administrative Procedure Act and the Act for Judicial Review and Civil Enforcement of Agency Actions. In addition, the Committee is reviewing the statutes that deal with agency rules and regulations (K.S.A. 77-415 et seq.). The Committee is also monitoring the implementation of the changes contained in 2004 SB 141.
