Administrative Order No. 233 - Pilot Project on Limited Representation

The Supreme Court has approved a pilot project relating to limited representation as recommended and developed by the Self Represented Study Committee. Implementation of pilot projects in the 3rd, 7th, 10th, 18th and 23rd Judicial Districts will be effective July 1, 2009. The following forms shall apply with respect to the pilot projects.
