• 2010 House Sub for SB 213 (Formerly 2010 HB 2530) - A bill proposing revisions to the Kansas Rules and Regulations Filing Act, K.S.A. 77-415 et seq. See the Committee's report which contains the proposed legislation.
• 2010 SB 372 - A bill proposing amendments to the Kansas Guardianship and Conservatorship Act resulting from the Committee's study of 2009 SB 235, the Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act. See the Committee's report which contains the proposed legislation.
• 2010 SB 373 - A bill relating to municipal court assessments. See the Committee's report which contains the proposed legislation.
• 2010 SB 460 - A bill relating to permanency and priority of certain orders involving children. See the Committee's report on the redraft of 2009 SB 88 into this CINC bill.
• 2010 Senate Sub for HB 2432 (Formerly 2010 SB 371 and 2009 HB 2110) - A bill containing amendments to K.S.A. 60-2006(a) to increase the property damage amount from $7,500 to $15,000. See the Committee's report that includes the recommendation.
• 2010 HB 2455 - A bill proposing amendments to the Uniform Principal and Income Act in response to amendments approved by the Uniform Law Commission. See the Committee's report which contains the proposed legislation.

• 2010 HB 2656 - A bill proposing revisions to the Kansas Code of Civil Procedure based on the extensive set of “style” revisions to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure that became effective 12/01/07. See the Committee's report which contains the proposed legislation.
